There is a minimum sign up time of 3 months for the Direct Debit Membership. It will be possible to cancel the membership at any time after 3 months.

We use GoCardless to manage all our direct debit memberships.

To stop your Direct Debit Membership, please cancel the Direct Debit with your bank. GoCardless will notify us when you have stopped payments for your membership and we can cancel it on our system.

If you cancel after the payment for that month has come out, you will have until the end of the month to climb freely before the membership is cancelled. 

For example: If payment comes out 2nd June and you cancel on the 5th June, you can still climb with us until the end of June.

We can not generally refund Direct Debit payments if you forget to cancel your membership, but we will review this on a case by case basis.
